Domestic or International Shipping and Return Policy

What if I want to return something?

RETURN POLICY
Consumers are responsible for paying the shipping charges on the returned item(s). Always send a copy of the original receipt along with your items.15% restocking fee will be applied.
 
RETURNED MERCHANDISE must be in original or new condition. Myfishinggoods.com will not accept returns in other than original, unused condition. All warranty cards, product manuals etc. must be returned and in original, unaltered condition. Items that have been used cannot be returned.
 
What will the cost be to ship and who do you use for shipping?
 
SHIPPING AND SALES TAX
Your order will normally ship via UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS in 2 to 3 Business days. We are required by law to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Wisconsin, USA. (Shipping charges are not refundable). The cost of shipping directly relates to where we are shipping to and how much the item weighs. The costs will be calculated in the shopping cart.
Right now as of 01/01/2009 our shipping special is orders over $100.00 is free. 0 to $15.00 is only $5.95. $15.01 - $99.99 is only $7.95! (Limited time only).  Second day shipping is $25.00. Next day $40.00. Fishing rods that are one piece will have special shipping charges. Contact Us for a quote at 414-587-2968 or email. Shipping charges may vary depending on where we are shipping to.
We are now shipping to Canada, Australia and the UK. You must be Paypal verified and pay the actual shipping costs plus handling. Please be patient when ordering because it may take longer to get the product, if it is not in stock. Then we will verify your shipping address and credit card number to be sure it is you ordering. We want you to be totally protected.
 
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Myfishinggoods.com is not responsible for merchandise damaged by the customers misuse or failure to follow instructions specified by the owners manual. Returns will not be allowed for merchandise that has been damaged by the customer's misuse or negligence.
 
AUTHORIZED RETURN PERIOD
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Myfishinggoods.com will accept an approved return of many items within 10 days of the date of the original invoice.  After the 10 day period, if any problems arise with the item purchased, the problem should be addressed with the manufacturer. So make sure you send in that warranty card! Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
 
Products under $50.00
Used merchandise
Special orders - all orders not paid within 30 days will be subject to a charge of $35.00 per month. After 3 months the bill will be turned into a collection agency and subject to attorney fees.
Closeouts and clearance items
(Defective merchandise is covered by the manufacturer's warranty)
 
Does your company offer any warranties?
 
WARRANTIES
Full manufacturers warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from Myfishiggoods.com. Warranty cards must be completed and mailed in by the purchasing customer. Please refer any warranty repair or replacement to your local authorized service center.
 
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Please inspect your order immediately upon recept. Do not sign for a damaged package without fully inspecting the contents. All items damaged in shipment are insured by the shipper. If you receive a damaged item please contact the shipping center immediately or  within 24 hours of receipt.
 
How safe is my credit card information?
When you buy from Myfishinggoods.com, your credit card purchase is processed in real time by secure ecommerce servers. Then your order is encrypted before being sent to Myfishinggoods.com. Your credit card couldn't be safer. Order with full confindence.
 
Electronics Warranty/Return Policy.
Myfishinggoods.com offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt on all electronics. Return Merchandise Aurthorization numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resaleable. Special order items may not be returned.
Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to info@myfishinggoods.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
